The ECE auction site will be used to sell retired ECE items only. If an employee would like to advertise a personal item for sale, the “Employee Connections” feed on EnergyNet can be used.
The ECE auction site is intended for ECE employees only, creating an account with a personal email address will not be allowed.
Please do not share your ID and password for the ECE auction site with anyone.
In the past we have heard of employees purchasing ECE auction items and re-selling on other sites for a profit. The ECE auction site is a benefit for ECE employees, in order to keep that benefit we need to ensure this isn’t happening. We realize that items you purchase may be for a family member or a friend, but items purchased on the site should not be re-sold on another site for profit.
All items posted in the auction site do not include tax.
We will add tax to all items except for vehicles, that is handled during the title transfer.
If you have won an item, the group responsible for that item will be working with you to determine payment (payroll deduction or pay via check).
